I got tired of my compressor running every 3min because of holes in my old hose... now my compressor inflates my hoses and doesn't run the remainder of the press time. Sooooo nice.

Keep going all the way out? Maybe its just the design of my ski, but the bit would take a chunk from the rise in the tip/tail if I did that. You have to keep the part of the ski that is even with the bit flat. so as your tip and tail come closer to bit you actually have to pick up ski in the tip or...

Clearing sidewalls off with 80 Brown or Blue

Base: 80 Blue, 100 Blue, 120 green (make sure to detune 80 and 100 before first use and I run an old ski over 120 a few passes before first use)

side wall 120 Green

One thing that I found was that my sheet cam was zeroing at the top of the material and not the top of the table. So i had to zero at top of material and run my swivel height backwards (i think). I'm with Montucky, these will grind out fine.

I too just had an issue with my SG not holding (pre-press) but this was in the tips. My thought: Sometimes when I put to much glue initially, then i don't get good bonding. It doesn't set well. perhaps this was your issue, you used too much SG?
