might be hard with such small radii and p-tex's tendency to get feathery along routed edges, but why not give it a try?
I was thinking that using a cnc to make dovetail joints for sidewall attatchment might work well, especially for plastic that has a tendency to delam.

bamboo Vs. plastic sidewalls
Anybody have any opinions/experience comparing the durability of bammboo sidewalls Vs. p-tex or ABS?
Also what do you use to seal the bamboo after you have trimmed everything?more epoxy?

haha thats awsome! How have those bamboo sidewalls been holding up? have you had any durability problems compared to standard plastic sidewalls? I have been thinking of switching to bamboo due to some delamination problems I have been having during routing with p-tex side walls. check out my journal...

tip sapcers and pre-bent tips
so what is the best way to attach tip spacers to the cores if you want to prebend you tips?
