I pressed again with my heat blanket on the bottom. This time my ski came out with more camber than the mold has.

Yeah, I get the sandblasted ones. I send them a cut out base and they bend the edges to that. I still have to do a lot of bending and trimming but their bends are a good starting point.

If you want a pair I have about 30 sets.

I have a template cut out of UHMW on a CNC. I then run a router around the template and cut out up to 1/2 dozen bases at a time. Works great everytime.

There are two people in MA that have done cnc stuff for me. PM me for details.
