Build kits shaped and blank

Hey guys, Neil here from Prospect snow and wake. We're offering build kits for skis, snowboards, and wakeboards. The idea with the kit is to offer up all the materials, you add epoxy and the press set up. No need to profile cores, worry about insert patterns, or bending edges which are the toughest ...

At this point I've pressed better than a thousand boards myself. Kind of weird, but the graphic has started to fall into position. I'd imagine people that do it as a factory job get pretty good. To me it is all about "registration" to automatically line up and I'm pretty sure your idea does that to ...

Pretty sure that should all be covered with product liability insurance, but it is always of course inteligent to ask. The downside is that it is pretty expensive. When I started talking to ski reps about bindings they strongly suggested to have it. As far as new bindings go the binding companies of...

Hey guys, We are moving our factory this summer and are putting our press up for sale. This press is totally unique in the fact that it is long enough enough to press skis and snowboards. That arm looks like it is a power feed usually used on table saws.
I think this is how they rabbet their sidewalls. Neversummer has a similar setup.

Hey montucky, you are on the right track.
I would suggest not using steel plates. Use aluminum because it distributes heat over the whole platten. Also go thicker like 1/2 inch plates.

hot/cold spots, plate warp/distortion, uneven pressure, will all ruin your day.

Talking to the composites one rep to buy triax bums me out and makes me want to yell.

4 week lead
Can't slice
25%+ price premium until I negotiate them down.

How would you have your bladders overlap? You wouldn't want that in any matter. If you space out your bladder a bit it won't hurt as long as the pressure is concentrated evenly over the cat. Just do what everyone else is doing. Use Google images to see. https://www.google.com/search?q=snowboard+pres...
