laser cutting
many of those machines have a front panel that can be taken off, with some magnets you can fool the machine....keep the lid down and slip the topsheet in there, you can get atleast 16" of graphics.

DPS
I gave them a flex and a feel at the SIA show. They felt very much like a water ski. look at what LIB TECH does with their respective sidewalls. they have a serrated knife egde and DPS accumulates this idea into 4 spots. I would give them a shot as I love the DPS 105 and the 120.

Aluminium Cat Track
We are diving into the cat track for the press this week. Can anyone give us feedback on the size of the aluminium square tubes. We figure 3/4" Square or 1" with ample space for curves between them. Any advice would help

Base material

Determine the edge profile you want. We have a 2mm edge, some use 2.5mm. Our base material is in the 1.3mm range. We got so...

Dark side
Dont forget to get GOOD boots! Dont be afraid of some width underfoot. I just put my girlfriend (6 days skiing in Colorado) on a pair of 95MM underfoot with a light core, some titanium etc. She loved them. My point is go big or dont go at all. You will miss the float of your snowbaord on a skinny sk...

Mogul ski
Along with 65 underfoot or so, make sure the tails are wicked stiff. i always prefered that. one can srub speed on the tail drag off the back side of the mogul. The shoval bends into the bump but the tail needs to be stiff. i wonder if a metal/rubber front with a carbon stringer rear would be the ti...
