CNC core profiling tools

I'm about to start core profiling on a CNC shopbot and just wondered what type of cutting tools people are using to generate the profile tapers. Thanks in advance for any info.

Thanks for the advice, I'll take a look at Sollar composites. Happy to try a different product or two. Every day's a school day!

I'm looking to get some 10.9 Oz carbon in a 5HS weave or something similar. I used it on a project last winter and it worked really well. Think that might be a big ask but any help is appreciated.

Canadian composite suppliers?

Anyone out there who can give me the details of a good carbon / fibreglass supplier in Canada? I've used ACP composites in the US before for 10.9oz Carbon but the weak Canadian dollar means their prices are high for me now. Any help would be much appreciated.

Vacuum Pump advice

I've used a HVAC engineers pump to build a board and had good results. Unfortunately I don't have access to that pump anymore so I'm looking at purchasing my own. Can anyone offer any advice on what they've used, I'm particularly confused when comparing pumps and the ultimate vacuum they offer..

Well I made a board with a 3D base profile and it works perfectly, rides great without bindings in a few inches of fresh snow. If I could only figure out how to upload photos onto here I could show it to you. I'm more of a practical guy than an IT guy!
