they use a rubber tip spacer, which i think is a great idea becaues it dampnes the tips alot making a soft ski alot more stable without taking away from its pop

If i use the same mould for two skis that need a different camber, could i achieve this by changing the layup, puting more carbon strips on the top of the ski that needs lower camber?

basically i need to use a camber that will work for both powder and park skis, sorta find a middle ground, so im wondering how much pop i will lose in my park skis if i use a lower camber to get better float for my powder skis (since im using the same mould)

what about pop, for a park ski. would low camber reduce the pop by alot?

I'm asking because im just about to make my mould and i plan on using it to make park skis, and to make a pair of powder jumping skis.

Heating a vacuum setup

I was thinking about using an electric blanket to lay down ontop of a vacuum setup to maybe speed up the process a little. electric blankets dont get too hot but i was wondering if the elevated temperature over room temperature would help. So basically im wondering if this would be worth doing Also,...

Mdf cost

I'm just about to start on my mould and I'm wondering how much the mdf costs for a mould like the one in the how to section on this site. How thick of mdf should i get? 1 or 2inch thick ?
