tip spacers

I need help with ptex tip spacers. Epoxy never really sticks very well to them and my skis always delaminate. I think i am flame treating them correctly so any tips on other fixes would be great.

you seem to have the spectrum pretty well covered but expanding on the park area i think that longer skis are much easier in the long run because of the stability that they offer. I dont notice them being harder to spin at all and i am way more confident landing switch with huge tails.

here is a video of pressing one of the urban skis. they are all done now except for the graphics which will be hand drawn by a friend. they are 115-80-115 and 183 cm. The core is maple with no divisions ( i was lazy) p-tex sidewalls, and as i think i mentioned above the edge only wraps around the ti...

Is it necessary to flametreat them to the same extent that you would for a uhmw spacer?

how much does a cnc router cost? also, how can it cut all the way through the piece you are cutting without damaging the table?

yeah also it is much thinner at the tip so i think it would be more likely to hold its curvature.
