Last years pair was super soft and ...

Late photo's from 2014

Ok, so it has taken me forever to get some more pictures on this thing but since the snowpack has been less than stellar .. i've found time to post pictures from the summer. Overall, the process went fairly well. On the plus side, construction methods really seem to hold up (practically skied a luge...

I recommend you put some spacer between the hose brackets where the bolts that don't go through the hose are located. In your pic I can already see that your steel bar gets bent slightly from the clamping force of the bolts. This can lead to leaks in the bladder. Chrismp: If I am not experiencing a...

Hey Twizzstyle, A bell shaped bit is another name for a undercut chamfer bit. Pretty cool piece of kit, but apparently hard to come by. http://www.festoolcanada.com/power-tool-accessories/routers/router-bits/1-2-shank/undercut-rounding-bits/chamfer-bit-undercut-hw-665mm-492668 I had never thought of...

bell style router bit

Does anyone know where one could find the bell-shaped router bit in Canada? It looks like I can only find ones online for $150 ish! Yikes! ps. this would be the bit used to trim excess material once the ski is pressed. I would like to avoid building some sort of jig and just run the base of the rout...
