a router? am i missing something? or are you talking about trying to take off enough extra material so that you can run your router? One word of caution, if you are going to take the approach I described make sure the tubing bender you buy has enough material to actually cut the track into. I recently discovered that if you try to do this with a cheap Harbor Freight tubing bender it will cut right through it and be useless. Try ...

4 links down on this forum you'll see a step by step that will help you. you're using the wrong file types. Once you can get it into the one you need its easy. Read all about it on the post that says "printing in autocad" it will likely apply to your situation.
