I usually create a flat mounting platform between 375 and 300 mm in length. This is usually ~200 -225mm forward of the waist of the ski and ~150-175 mm to the rear of the the waist. I vary this depending on what length ski and or how stiff I'd like the ski to be. I also at times play with the lengt...

hi!! nice job man, it looks great. from the process i think we are handling quite similar way... just i was wondering how do you apply the heating blanket from the bottom of the base. it goes everything to the vacuum bag... so i can't imagine how you do it from the base of the ski. i've been following this posts for a while, and what looks amazing for me (a part from your great job), is the CNC machine you have.
did you build it yourself? or was it following some other existing design? i would appreciate a lot a bit of help on this.
