Email the jigarex guy or the binding freedom guy, i think that is johndrums on tgr. Or buy a jigarex jig for 45 bucks. Between the 2 of them someone should give you the answer based on the measurements you have provided here. Or go to a shop with a jig and pay them to drill an old ski and make a rub...

There will be a difference in laminate stiffness whether the carbon is facing away on both sides of the core or towards the core. If its dicernable is one thing but measurable for sure.

I would contact one of the dozens of oem factories in guangdong or shenzen and ask them to sell you some. The moq would be in the hundreds of meters most likely from a actual manufacturer.

Look at industrial veneer banding machines and the glue they use.
Like malamine desks that have a plastic edge bond to it.
Or just call j skis and ask him.
