Nice find, thanks. Anybody knows similar machines which you can get outside US? I found just one from triton, dont know about this brand and quality. looks little bit cheapish but for under $/€ 100 not much to loose

Just per hand and eye. You have the base as template. Cutting with the saw and grinding with belt sander.


Btw. very nice base graphics you have!

Reminds me to an us brand ... always talking about how important and different epoxy is because he knows ... he comes from aerospace ... and that its a carbon board...

We cut up one board and guess what ... two tiny carbon strings inside ... LOL

Some old tip from here was to use mylar foil. You remove it after baking and it should give you a nice smooth finish.

After having some problems too (big machine, dull blades, fast cutting, small parts) i too have the hot glue always beside the machine. Its so quick and easy and gives added safety without headaches especially on non rectangular parts (like molds) ... :)

Did buy the adjustable toko holder last year. Works good together with worldcup file or diamond polishing file
