Dude do you clean with water your topsheet before press??? if yes maybe there is the problem, with temp the water evaporate and turn gas, and the pressure dont let the air goes out...

or maybe your cattrack could be stucked in somewhere...

i have already tried bandsaw, router bridge, planner and even sander for core profiling. As a i see it any of this methods would be accurate enough for me (except for the sander, of course) if i would be able to find a damn way to hold the core to a negative mold. iam dying of strees to see if your bambbo sidewalls hang on the pressure and still let water out... for shure you had treatthem after trim the sidewall??

of course double side tape due, but the one is like a net...is a bit expenssive but 2 small pieces can hold very well the board and with temp doesent stick or melt... by the way 100C carfull if you are using extruded material...i think 85º is more than good...

hello guys Back to this topic... i am building alot of boards and the delamination only happen to me on the begining the first 2 boards, then i was treating the ptex and seams to be good never delam... but as gman says the petex bond well if you have a consistent process... what i wondering to know ...
