Nice looking board! How did you profile down the sidewalls to match the pre profiled core?

i built a board with a water based stenciled graphic painted straight onto the inside of the base of the board. It covered about 30% of the board and worked without delam until one sidewall let go from doing tree bonks into spins and not using the right epoxy... never had a problem with the graphic ...

crazy how machines can do everything except the layup,
