logging on

I may be being completely stupid here (and most likely overlooking the simplest of things!), but... every time I visit the site I have to log on again, I can't seen to find a "keep me logged on" tick box? Also, I have to log on twice before the site recognizes I've actually logged on? What...

Use an epoxy screen printing ink such as the Nazdar on the back (reinforcement side) of the fabric to do a flood coat. In van/car signage, white printers are really expensive and a hassle to use. Typically on a white car/van the signwriter will print using their normal inks and when it gets stuck to...

With my vac line disconnected (using a quick connect fitting) and a sealed bag it doesn't loose vacuum at all (I've done a 2 day cure before when I didn't have an oven up and running). If it looses vacuum then there's a leak somewhere

One option would be to do a white screen print as a backing. That's the way a lot of graphics (signs/car wrapping etc) are done when the base colour is not white

Unless it's upside down ;) In case anyone is interested, it's 2.84kg (6.2lb) without bindings, 56" long, 16.5" wide and 1/4" core, full carbon (bi-ax, twill & plain woven) with carbon stringers & wrapped edges (is that capped construction in these circles?), the flex profile v...

. Need camber for pop. It's the rebound out of a turn or off a jump that the camber provides. Carbon in a cambered ski can help add pop as it helps the ski snap back to its desired shape rapidly. would it make sense to compensate camber by stiffer skis with/or more carbon From where I'm sitting, ad...

While on the subject, if you had to lay up a number of veneers to get the size you need (the sizes I need are quite expensive as they are on the larger size of the stocked curve), do they have issues with cracking at the join after a little use due to the in use flexing?

Hello, just joined

Hi, As is the typical story I guess... I've been lurking around the forum for a few months and signed up recently so this is my first post. To date I have not built any snowboards or snow ski's but I have built a few wakeboards (which is my main focus) there is a lot of crossover between our build m...
