I have nothing to add other than I've invested in a real jig from Marker. :)
Mounting hasn't been easier! (If using Marker bindings...:) )

Actually I do 1 or 2 layers of varnish fist then the transfer. Just to get a more even surface to make the transfer on to. It bonds fast and good. Then a couple of varnish layers over that. I used matte on these.

Transfer Ink to wood. There are several "tutorials" on YT.

This is just one.
Instead of waxpaper I use transparent.
