Dont know the resin you use, but if it needs heat to cure you did create a half cured ski on one side (45 degrees....).
You dont necessarily lower the temp on one side to get camber, you can change your timing too. So one side kicks in and hardens up before the other side does.

Re: 3d Base questions
Vacuum. A 3D fixed mold for a pneumatic press is complicated and expensive. Or build it like a surfboard, it has been done as well.

Re: Vertical Fiber in Cores
I think the main reason for the industry to do that is to counteract the weak quality of cheap wood core production. And for marketing

Some of the monoskiers are still stuck in the 80/90s and like to ride their old pintails. So to everybody what he likes

Re: Monoski
The faction is a strange mix between oldschool mono (almost pintail), little bit carver and rocker (faction did the first rockered monoski). Binding mounting position is also quite oldschool. Nice!
If you have edges from the roll you can build yourself a true machine, its simply a set of rolls (5 pair or more) where you feed the edge trough and it comes out straight.
You find this things for wires on the internet, to see how it works

Re: super light freetourer
When changing the direction angle you change the torsional stiffness as well. Looking forward to see how your experiment will ride. I like thinking out of the box!
Btw. the top looks excellent. Do you have a pic of the raw carbon you did use?
