at my local Lowes I go a lot of new awsome tools for cheap. profile question

when you make the base of your ski out of laminated wood and profile it with a router and a jig you are not making it so that it flexes when you stand on it right? once the skis are pressed in the mold they will flex/smash downward when you step on them?

When we test our LDH we fill with water and run the pressure up to 200psi for five minutes. Carefully walk the line to check for leaks and blisters ect... If the damage is near the end of the hose we re-couple the hose. If not we make a 50' section and discard the rest. Anyone in my area interested...

I beam s would work great. they are most peoples dream machine but due to money we don't use them. If you look around this site you can find a few Ibeam presses

i started instructing when i was 13 and plenty of the instructors had pretty bad form...you become experienced and good at skiing quick when you are an instructor. a good thing to do is attend as many of the early morning "clinics" for instructors that you can. i dont think you would have...
