How would you have your bladders overlap? You wouldn't want that in any matter. If you space out your bladder a bit it won't hurt as long as the pressure is concentrated evenly over the cat. Just do what everyone else is doing. Use Google images to see. https://www.google.com/search?q=snowboard+pres...

A bigger factory bought up 1000 meters and cleaned me out.
No more full rolls available until November.

If you need less than a roll it is still available for a few boards/skis give me a shout.

Prospect New Shop

Took the jump and upgraded our shop to a nicer location. I was in the back of a local snowboard/Boat shop. The new spot has some nice retail space for retail and a little warehouse space for a factory floor. After spending the past 3 years living cheap and pushing every extra dollar to building the ...

Reality speaking, you'll probably be fine.
Engineering fail rates and considering the cost to replace warranties vs the additional material cost it is well worth it considering economies of scale.

Is no VDS 100% as delam free as using VDS, obviously not.
Is it 95% effective, probably.

that 9700 should work well. everyone you talk to wants you to have 7800/9800+ You might have to make a few calls to distributors to find one that is helpful. Jtech or sawgrass inks work well. Buying inks will cost a chunk. see if you can get your distributor to include a ICC profile so you can print...

A lot of what we make today is thanks to the guys here on skibuilders. Lots and lots of reading. :) We usually have gloss and Matte PBT, is...

I got some answers from a bud that is an electrician. The short, just over engineer the circuit. 40amp SSR, heavier wire, and no need for that fuse that was blowing. Some explanation: As wires and circuit heats up resistance goes up as well so it takes more amps to power. The heat also causes disimi...

I pulled the 30 amp fuse. I'm not blowing fuses anymore, but I'm Now I am getting a strange electrical click/spark sound. Thinking it is overloading my 25amp SSR and should upgrade to 40amp? Troublemaker, Yes. 240, 2 hot wires, and both do go into the PID. I'm not sure what you mean by fusing them. ...

I personally like using a crib. If you go with the crib keep in mind it takes multiple passes. The pics for that crib you are thinking of will make it super heavy. So making a bunch of passes would be a pita. With your router you can make the crib. Take some mdf Router you max depth until your taper...

I too am not an electrician. I'm going take that fuse out. I think it will be fine. I have a line going to ground that I didn't include. I don't have the box in front of me. other than that ground I think that is the wire up. Am I missing something? I followed the schematic on the how to page http:/...

The fuse circled in blue is the one that blows as the temp ramps up close to the target temp.

Forgot to label that the blanket is at 18amps.
