finishing the top sheet after pressing
What is the best way to clean up the top sheet after it comes out of the press? Can I use a buffer to with a cleaner or polish to make the top sheet shine? What do you recommend?

Tip spacers flame treated?

I have never been so frustrated on trying to keep the sidewalls on during planing. I have tried every glue, sanded and flame treated. I am still having trouble with keeping my plastic sidewalls to stay on when on am profiling my cores. Is everyone planing the ABS sidewalls when they are attached to the wood core or are you doing it separately.
