Anyone have some hose?

I am in desperate need of some fire hose for bladders. preferably 6-7" layflat. I DON'T want to pay the ridiculous $13.00 a foot that "blank slate skis" has for sale. Thanks!!

I have a single-ski cloth press for sale. It has only been used for one pair of skis that turned out awesome. It is 9" by 7'. Comes with wooden cat-track, 9' long bladder, and 5 double layer cordura sleeves. Has been tested at 65psi for a pressing cycle (12hours for me) with no problems whatsoe...

haha yeah. i got the mdf idea from you (thanks a BUNCH!) but use the washers instead. they are bomber solid.

mine is just like that except instead of the metal rails i used primed mdf moulding. its super cheap and works great. to give it a curve i shim it up with washers i found that are exactly 1mm, then put a screw through the middle of them and kapeesh. if i get around to it i might put some pics up.

i don't have a pic but it has serious early rise with traditional camber. i'm thinking the core should be part of the tip for a while.
