Make Sure you have a 20mm thick aluminium plate to print the graphics, and make sure is a new one... more thickness better heat distribution

I am living the same problem, like Ben said

in my case i am using hard transparent base 1.1 mm thick and i rechecked all my process before and all the boards before were perfectly flat, and with this base no... i dont know what to do more to avoid this problem...

Dont forget, never to cut everything before layup, the VDS rubber, the carbon and the kevlar, it sucks have to take of the gloves to cut the materials....and get back to work...

I have a 4450 for my sublimation process, and works like a rolex. i contact basler lack for direct print inks, because they have them, and this inks are water based and the Printing heads are SEIKO, same as epson, but they dont sell it due to "responsability and protection to your machine"...
