thank you endre for all your help... but still need one more advise... today i spend all mornign searching arround shops looking for those bits, and i had found that the 4 mm bits doesnt have Tungestinium cutter, they are just hard metal... with 2 straight fluts... this is ok HSS type?? http://www.d...

thanks

I tried a bit 6mm straight fluts burned from mdf ( aslo is a bad quality) and i test it and good work for a burned bit...tomorow ill gonna buy a 4mm one to test it... and also can you advise me the speed from the spindle...to prevent a burning...

sorry my other question but you say "rollers" i dont understand how they are and how you aply them in the context we are talking about. can you post a a draw or a photo?? sorry but iam very stressd with this problem i must fix this to make in better way...

router bits for diecut

hello all

I would like to know if someone know what is the best router bits for cnc diecut... i have bit with one flute but some bases material get to bad cut...

2 weeks ago i decided to build my own cnc for real, spending money and go for it.. i hope have success, it will be alum frame with ballscrews and linear guides..this week ill post news from it...

How many kilos have your boards, because the main reason that the board been so heavy is all about wood... my boards has about 2.8kgr i think if they have 150 more or in total 2.95kg that will not make any diference when you are in the air...speed that what is need to fly more...electra bases always...
