I did a google search for it and found this. http://www.dvp.it/en/component/tags/tag/41-piston-pumps.html I'm not sure as it doesn't mention vacuum, only preasure, and 120 l / min. I would recommend going for a reconditioned Thomas vacuum pump. €119.00 here in Germany. In the States, things like thi...

Why not just use 5mm and insert them 1/2 mm deeper. If you are worrried about indents in the base, then fill the gaps with .5mm veneer or something. Guess if you are using the inserts as anchors to lock your base to your core in place, you will have 2 inserts 1/2 mm too deep, which shouldn't be a bi...

That is exactly it. Looks awesome! How have you attached the l ribs to the steel? And how adjustable is it for the tips and tails? How easy is it to adjust the camber or rocker? How are the screws attached so they can rotate to allow the different angles, particularly in the tip and tail? I must say...

I'd also be interested in what options there are also. If I am goindf to build a form, It would be nice if it was adjustable, or at least parts could be easily swapped out to account for different shapes and lengths. I saw one recently for Vacuum that looked pretty interesting. It was an aluminium s...

Where to get Pre made cores in Europe
Hi All, I am looking to get into ski / snowboard building after building a few longboards using vacuum technique. Does anyone know of a place where I could buy pre glued cores in Europe. I am located in Germany near Munich. I don't have a problem with profiling or cutting them to the correct shape, ...
