Hi guys, have not been here for a while. I see you all grew up here discussing serious problems such as the use of graphene and 3-d base technologies)) I just returned from veneer topsheets to plastic ones and did a series of experiments with ICP 8210 (PA), 8100 (PA) and 4160 (PBT). As far as I know Head already use it in their products and argue that it's worth it. If to argue from the point of view of the price, then it is appropriate to use it if you produce thousands of skies or snowboards. It is way to expensive. But I think it is derivative of time. In 5 years it will be ...

So, the thing to do is to use fine-grained sandpaper and work both surfaces of the veneer.
But what about 4 oz glass. Will it still give bright picture of veneer through it?

Thank you for fruitful advice, I appreciate it

Add more inks is good idea and we did it.
Double print sounds like step two times in one water, newer possible to coincide the picture.

I suppose more Pop wouldn't be bad, but I think it looks OK
The reason why crack appeared was moisture in veneer.
What do you mean by pop?
