I am an oberon fan but my favorite Bells is the best brown which has just become avail. for the winter. I've been drinking PBR for a loooooong time, its my drink for the sake of drinking beer.
If you can find the Bells consecrator dopplebock,that is a really good beer.

Thanks man I do like the press, I can pump it up to 90 lbs and 0.0 deflection in the middle. 8) Here is a pic of the lay up and you can see that I had the two cores attached to each other in two places, and I had a piece of dowel under each of those spots to lock the cores in.
