Last night I was awake for some time and discused my next build with myself.
Why did you choose the 200 core and not the 250? Just because of the weight?
How did you cut the base? Is it CNCed or just cut with a knife to get the letters in there?

I made four very similar skis. The first was the first. The next two had the same geometry, same core and the same sidewalls. The layup of the second was just 750g triax glass, the third (the one you saw at last years skibuilders meeting) 400g uni glass and the biax flax from Skibaumarkt. The fourth...

Thank you!

The skis are not completly flat at the end, they are all slightly rockered so the end as about as much rise as the end of my previous skis and I never hab problems with them. But still you may be right. I just don´t get as much skiing as you do :(

I made two pairs during the last few weeks. One .5mm thick than my standard core and 10mm wider using 750g Triax Glas. Flex ist just like I wanted it. Great in groomers but couldn't test it in powder yet. The next pair got my standard core combined with 300g biax carbon and 400g uni glass. Hasn't se...

I wanted to come to the get together as well and get a few ideas for my next skis. But I have to work late on friday and don't want to drive 900km at night to go skiing the next day. I hope you guys have fun!

Your board looks graet like always.
Basalt sounds interesting. Did you work with it before? How does it perform? Where can you buy it in small amounts for just a few skis? A few months ago I didn´t find any at the regular suspects r-g, hp-textiles and timeout had only 150g or 235g woven.

It looks nice. I didn´t see the waves ;)
Is it just bare carbonfibre? Will you paint it afterwards? What are you doing with those little pimpels coming from the perforated foli?
I am planing doing something similar on my next ski.
