thats the stuff. The other guys here have heaps more experience with it than me but 1 thing I will say is make sure you have wide mixing pots. Last time I mixed it in a 1 litre mixing pot and pot life was shortened by about 50%

I have made mine using 40 x 8mm flat bar as the long guides. This allowed me to put roller bearings above, below and outside the bar. The bridge is made from aluminium angle, its nice and rigid and allowed me to make teflon slides top and bottom and bearings along the inside edge. So I end up with a...

How are you doing it on an A4 printer? The printing width is only 200mm wide. Even A3 print width would be a pretty narrow board. How wide is the board in the pics above? By the way, some of the coolest graphics I've seen on a board, even the likes of Burton and K2 would be proud of those, well done.
