realy awsome, i already have the aluminium frame to build my, but still on impasse to get shure to buy some linear guidelines, or do something like you do with some bearings, i already test my motors and software, everithing works great,


And what about 3d core shape???;)

Yes is my Invention i dont have no much money to spend in a heatblanket , with this system i can get 75ºC

And in the base mold also i have resistencies.

Vds rubber tape, yes i can supply you, how much meters you need???

Thats Funny lennard, i just want to do the same, ehehe i think is workable, but like plywood say, very carfully. good luke and be shure nno one are in front of the hose.

? The amount of pressure on the cutting surface depends on the planer, but it very high (never a problem). I have profiled several cores with plastic sidewalls on in the planer. i do that way to, but i must figerout a new way to do it mor simple with no problem with brake stuff...
