You build a frame with hinges on the back, which holds the vacuum silicone sheet. On the underside you attach a seal (rubber , neoprene,...). You put the lower mold on your table, your ski pack on top then you lower the frame and clamp it just enough so you can build a vacuum. Frame will get sucked ...

Pre soak the veneer, so trapped air is minimized. That said it was pita for me to do this in a pneumatic press...

epoxy is not hardened fully after curing. some factories bend the skis after to archive the same camber..... so yes, that may be our issue

Maybe better you upload your pics directly here. If imgur changes (like others) its policies one day it creates a huge mess here again, with loads of pics and infos lost

Why you dont make the inserts shorter? And .... 0.6mm more length for the inserts will be absorbed by your fibres (depending on the fibre weight)

I did build my first boards with the vac-pro venturi + a 25l tank from an old compressor for vacuum "storage", works great. You just need a compressor big enough

Phosphoric acid you can use. Btw the treatment from factory doesnt hold very long. This from the experience of some friends who are working with this material
