Good work!
For the best clip in a press it is better to put a sheet of a tin or mdf. the tin (plate) is better - it`s not glued if it to smear with a polyrole.
Mono color it is very healthy it`s looked! And how to search for a board in a snow? :)

I use a toner for water emulsion paints - very good result! Only it`s necessary to read on bank about structure that there would be no water. Well or to mix a small doze resin and a toner
(used a toner from the laser printer earlier and always I was dirty :) )

In a vacuum press there are two minuses - the limited pressure and leakings of air are possible - demands the control. So it seems to me. Pluss - simplicity of manufacturing :D The following will be pneumatic. Yes skiing in Kirovsk and some other mountains of our area. And also I like to go to mount...

Thanks plywood!!!:) Problems because of radius didn`t occur. It simply started process :D But probably the following mold will be with the big radius. It would be desirable to try a pneumatic press. And what you use? Skilifts are but work it only in the winter. You will arrive in the summer... It`s ...

Hi Skiingfreak
Any smoke - a parameter of malfunction. It would be possible to assume that the pump new and at it the rests of greasing work. Bad and oil passes probably omentums on a rotor of the engine or on brushes?

Paints on a water basis bad (at least I with such faced). On a surface of such paint resin doesn`t stick. Very easily comes unstuck. And to mix this paint with epoxy... In a paint there can be a water is poorly.
