That link is huge! Great tutorial. Thanks Rich! Wish I would have had that a couple months ago.
I have the entire creative suite from Adobe now so I'm doing all this stuff on Photoshop, much easier.

I tried scribus its a publishing software. I could not figure out how to make it work for converting rgb to cmyk.

I just went through all this and you have to have full photoshop to do the conversion.
The problem you have is file size. There are free conversion sites out there but they can only handle up to 5mb. the files we deal with are 100mb or more. Photoshop is the only thing that I've found that can do it.

I use a combo of Inkscape ( free vector graphic software) and photoshop elements (70 bucks anywhere).
But I just got the entire Adobe creative suite. So I'm gonna be busy for a while learning all that stuff.
