a cnc router for making profiles etc
does anone here use a cnc router to cut parts for the ski mold, profiles, etc? I have been thinking that I should make one since I have a small Sherline cnc mill already. more tools the better

Davide, How thick is your epoxy (does it flow like honey or more like water)? I ask this because one of the other reasons I use so much epoxy is that my epoxy is really thick which makes it a little more difficult to wet out all of the fiberglass. i don't have any epoxy yet becuase I don't know wha...

Just did a FEM analysis of Zachjowi's press at 90 PSI. Please check the link below for more info! http://www.groene-engel.com/Buuk/Skibuilders/Press%20analysis.pdf Buuk so according to that what is happening? what can I max it out at before breaking it? I will most likely max it out at 45PSI I think
