My tipspacers are about 120-140 mm long. If you make long soft rocker tips a full wood core works nice. Depending on how you your ski tips look you can adjust the length. Tipspacers just protect your tips and make it easier to bend when pressing. This is my plan, this profile with solid maple core ...

Ok I might try all wood core seeing how the tip is 68mm x 358mm with flat camber.

Been thinking about this, what do you do when you have a long low profile rocker? Do you just make the tip spacer really long? I'm working on a pair right now they will be my first pair with a long rocker and in SnoCad they have a huge tip spacer length at 358mm. Has anyone else come across this pro...
