Just recieved the current issue of SKI magazine and there is a cover story on building your own skis. Skibuilders.com is mentioned & Big Kam is quoted a number of time. How cool is that? Congrats guys!!

I was thinking that if the core is shaped to sit within the edges and then the sidewalls were slightly 'raised' to avoid a void in the base then this may solve the location issues too. Has anyone tried this or got any other top tips in this area?. That was our solution & things ended up lined u...

Mine did the same thing. I think I'm using a little different epoxy than you are, (still QCM) After skiing them a few times they're reverse camber. I'm not sure how I'm going to solve this problem.
