a question about hot glue.. the glue is strong enought to trim when we are profiling? actualy i'm bonding with epoxy but it takes to much time and is not good to glue the pieces correctly. i know bonding with hot glue could be good to bond and hang the sidewall and the epoxy will fill the sapces dur...

just use dxf form snowcad and use it with autocad, turbocad sucks,... good luck

thats the problem of china, the manufacteurs or "brand builders", they send their designs to china and can not control the production...every pair of skis or snowboard must be made with paxion and quality control...

if you dont laminate well it could give you some litle problems betwen the edges and the fiberglass, it hapens in my second board, in the new one with nothing hapens... no water, less vibration, etc is better invest in rubber tape...

no problem with that, just bond in three diferent spots with superglue and its ok i had the same problem, and no problem

I agree you you robo...with the boommmmmm of custom rides and homebuildboards and homebuildskis...i think they just know what rosignol told them to sell, because there are to many diferent ways to heat the process...and cheapest(i dont know how to write,sorry)...good luck for all have a nice year......
