I'm always impressed with all the solutions in this forum! But I'm still frustrated/confused over how I can use the router over a flat uninterupted surface without any clamps or other things in the way that keeps the core/base down. I don't want to move over to the cnc world....yet. I have a cnc'ed ...

Cool! I'm on my way to create the same type of jig. I've always wondered about if I dare to drill holes thru the base. Now I will!
One doesn't ski that much on the mid part of the base anyway...if your not a downhill racer.
Just pray for that the plugs not loosen and go down thru the base... :D

M.a.o. perfekt att stoppa in en pressmall ala "333"...

My rule of thumb: 100% vacuum = 10 tons (not going to happen!) (on earth) 80% vacuum = 8 tons of pressure in the bag. Which equals 25 mmHg. This is per square meter, I have to add. Thats what I use and in my oppinion the material gets a good squeez! and I get a good bond between the layers. I have t...

Hi,

Check out ABIC in Norrköping and Kompositfabriken (på) Gotland. Or check my blog. I'm testing a new approach with smaller bags. Used for distribute hot air for drying at construction sites.
I will publish pictures later today.

Cheers

Maybe it's a 24h rule or something.

Alignment is my biggest problem right now and if someone have any good solution...
