cool video! that edge bender looks great i have been thinking about making something similar. So it looks like you are wetting everything out first on a separate table then transferring it over to the final layup area?

Veneer Topsheet

Curious what everyone is doing to help protect their wood topsheets and how well it has held up with abuse. Anyone tryed any stains or resin "hot coats". Just finished a board with a red oak veneer.

another option is using a tilt base router with a trim bit. do a search for head monkey. he illustrates it. iv done this method and it works really well.

anyone get any change in shape from swapping just from heating bottom to top. pretty sure that would only effect the overall camber of the board, and not effect the edge to edge concavity or or convexity.

looks awesome doughboy, couldn't agree with you more on the underfoot rocker. rode one practically everyday last season, the most unstable board i have ever ridden.

on the tip and tail rocker. do you have a pre determined spot were you begin the rocker? curious how that works.

i use the jigsaw method aswell seems to be the easiest i have tryed. i was able to use one blade to trim an entire snowboard. then i use 1" belt sander to trim the flash to the edging, seems to work pretty well.
