I found that after I took my skis out in the cold and then back in again the tape peeled off much, much more easily.

But its probably a waist of time and you should just have them belt ground and structured.

funny, I though t you worked in the industry. It is common knowledge that VDS is for bonding/sealing and has no dampening at all.
Maybe if you sandwiched the entire core in a wrap of rubber, but then the skis would be heavy as hell like allot of rossi skis.

where is your heat source top or bottom?

Is your epoxy for a compression molded application?

Perhaps your double layer of carbon is to ridged? I don't really know

up in mt at big sky at least the wind is insane and the patrollers are understaffed for the size of the zone. I have had at least 4 friends caught in in bounds slides in the last 4 years. I would never ride without mine strapped just past my first layer. Bridger basically requires it wherever I want...

look sweet. Yeah ply you have some type of nylon-got me thinking after I saw your photos-glad I could help shopvac.
