Bumping because I plane to build a planer profiler.
I want it to be adjustable and these look like the best designs.

Well I guess I'm wrong. It does in fact lead to problems, sometimes, where the dies meet on large graphics such as this. Armada had numerous problems with this. Line as well. It might be industry standard as far as you guys claim but there have been recalls and just because it may be doesn't mean it...

I'm sure you know that pros did away with this diecut base process because of problems. Sublimated or otherwise clear base with a graphic layer is a possibly easier way to make your design on the base.
they look awesome way to bang it out.

at pm gear splat made some brockers w/ 100% tip spacer. It created a hinge point in the tip. Not bad for skiing pow, you can just see the tip hinge-kinda weird.

Not that this has anything to do with what you are discussing, but, is there a specific way to load snocad? Seemed to work ok I had to load it a few different times. I used it and tried to export to a dxf and I loaded it to a plotter and only got what looked like tip and tail spacers, instead of the...

As far as i know, homes in North America are still using single phase power. Three phase typically runs down the street and a transformer mounted to the pole (or underground) brings in 220-240V to your home, where it is distributed to your outlets at 110-120V (expect your stove etc which will be 24...

Yes that makes sense.
The only skis I have made, pneumatic press at 50 psi, I have noticed no change in rocker or camber they still fit the mold. If its 5mm I wouldn't care however.

I'm confused. Do you mean it's half as thick as its thickest point? or it tapers dramatically where the rocker starts?

Might be a good idea. Of course you need testing... I can ski pretty fast and out of control, great for TV!
