Export your ski in DXF from Cad. Open the DFX file and check these things: make sure the linework is in model space. DBS, I will probably go with a 6.5 underfoot. Crap, I just remembered I ordered 7mm inserts! So how would this be then: -Poplar core with maple stringers(at edges and at insets) profiled to 7mm underfoot and 6.5mm in center. 19oz glass -a few tows of 12k CF(full board length) -wood veneer topsheet. ...

For what it's worth, I'm not a snowboarder anymore but I've built a couple splitboards in the last years for friends.. I've made my core thickness between 7mm and 7.5mm : maximum core thickness from the first binding inserts in the front to the last in the tail... goes down to my tipspacer thicknes...
