Maybe i am calling it wrong, but yes it is a stone grinder, base grinder, it has a auto feed, and a diamond dresser that can be adjusted for different patterns. I think it is just "old school" with a narrow stone , and all manual setting for the dresser. It does not do edges. It does not u...

Base Grinder....Score!!

Just picked up a auto feed base grinder, it looks like maybe late 80s early 90s. The stone is 5.50" inches wide X 6" diameter. My question is , does anyone know where to buy a new/wider stone. I think I can retrofit it very easy to fit a stone up to 7"wide. Any info would be great.......

I had the same issue with one of my topsheets from Coda. I also got some from him that he didn't apply the protective layer. I used the white/clear paper that they use for die cut stickers. It worked very well. The last pair I noticed some small air bubbles is the clear (Coda) so I took a needle and...

I bought some "Grip Tape" at the home depot. It is 2" wide, comes in a roll, I think it used for stair treads. I put a couple of pieces the full length of my profile crib with no slip at all. You might try a skateboard shop also....

I have used "Sharpies" to do artwork on the backside of the skibuilders topsheet material. It works really well, a little "bleeding" on the colors but all in all it looks good. I gave my friends kid (that was 8 at the time) a hand full of colored markers and some topsheet materia...

Thanks, I did have a brain fart with the alignment pegs for the core. As you can see they were a little long, but it's ok. I have about 6 anvils, I have been doing Blacksmithing for...well, over 30 years now. I am between Reno, and Tahoe. Cheers, KT
