Base Grinder User Manuals
We picked up a grindrite st1800 and st600 this summer. I am looking for the manual for the st600. I have the manual for the other.
Anyone know of one posted online?

What are they saying is brittle? The cold or the mold process? I'm using smooth on because it is really easy. Other guys are using other stuff that has better mechanical properties, but requires some setup. An MDF mold would work as long as you have a proper nonstick layer. One hurdle is making thic...

Tracing, rough cut with a band saw, glue on, and sand with a belt sander is what I've been using. Sidewall profiling is a struggle for sure. I glue on my sidewalls. When I go to sand them the bonds still usually peel off because sanding heats up the plastic. Plus it makes a mess even a shop vac atta...

I checked out those urethanes. Definately awesome stats. The downside is that they need to be baked at 200F+ in order to cure. Plus it needs to be ventilated so you don't see unicorns and mermaids.
