Simple profile jig

heres my simple solution. keep in mind these were very short skis 127cm but with a few increasingly thinner shims would work for use with a router bridge on longer boards. http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/nn191/sammer_album/profiler.jpg http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/nn191/sammer_album/routerb...

Having just finished my first core night before last, I can suggest using hot glue
Just a few spots around the edges of your core and tip and tail
worked awesome and I'm making skis for my kid, tips are just a hair over 1mm!

puckboard?

Hi all, I was in the lumber store last week and came across puckboard. When i asked what it was i got the standard answer "they use it at the rink for boards" Nobody there seemed to know what type of plastic it is. I've done a bit of searching online but still not really sure. My best gues...

On reading some other peoples problems with this car, it's obvious there is a problem. There was a tsb regarding rear tire wear due to an alignment issue. If your car is still under warranty it should be performed free of charge. They may tell you your tires aren't wearing abnormally but if they are...

well i have just one question before i can put much thought into this. Is the scubydo manual or auto trans? There is a huge difference how the two handle awd functions. Manual has just a simple viscous coupler. The auto (4sp and 5 sp.) have quite a complicated drive system where power is split 54% t...

what about just glueing some veneer to the bottom of your core?
then adjusting the middle down to what you want eg sanding or planing?
just a thought.

Tex your gonna need your fat boards if it keeps up the way its going.
we got 71 cm's of the ultra fluff in the last 2 days.
the leashes you describe sound a bit too strong just tie some flagging/surveyors tape to your binding if it hooks a tree it will break.
