I was always taught not to wear gloves when using tools like this. The glove usually has the effect to pull your hands and fingers more into the tool rather then protect it. Lucky dude!

shif- I was hoping to get some reverse camber with the deferential heat. I pressed with a flat base mold except for a 3mm shim on the tip radius tapering off into the base. My idea was to have pads long enough to press some speed skis for Arctic man. I doubt i will ever build anything like that. I would rather have 78" pads. Much more appropriate to what i am going to build.
