The other parameters are equally important, hammer weight, distance etc. As said "1/4" wide (my router bit) by 5-6mm high" for a pre cured rails. This one is not pre made, so poured and cured, no pressure, etc, and is 4mm thick, glued 2 peaces with epoxy. http://boardbuilders-forum.10...

As I see it the Smooth PU will get the moisture into the packaging soon after opening. Meaning goes off pretty soon (only part A, or B, don't remember:). Hence doing a pre cured sidewalls. Using a pressure chamber as per Gozz suggestion. 50psi. Hard plastic. Impossible to imprint with a nail. I've g...
