I have a Room for rent in a brand new town home, storage space is kinda tight bc of the ski shop in the garage but you could manage.

I have a fully functional Shop in the garage Including, Press, Planer, Table Saw, Jig Saw, Miter Box, Routers, 48" Belt Sander, And on and on. Also have enough materials for 60+ pair stocked and waiting for you to press.
