I have a few people that would realy like to buy ski from me but I am afraid of leagal problems if they hurt themselves on my skis. I would love to turn them on to the skis they want but ,I need to protect myself too. any ideas would be great.

Heh… see my post on the copyright issues around Adriot707’s choice of graphics. Realistically, you need to consult an attorney in your jurisdiction on the matter. I had the same questions as you many years ago… the money spent on the attorney was well worth it, I assure you.
