done for season

Post by knightsofnii »

So my season ended early at burke mtn. VT on feb8 when during a relatively routine flop off the end of a rail... my arm got caught up underneath me and was dislocated from the shoulder.

Totally sucked. Im still in disbelief. Now rehabbing 3x a week going broke... top ball part of my arm is all fractured but will heal fine. Rotator cuff all gnarled and fuct up. Hoping no surgery and hoping i can get the muscles so strong and tight that nothing pulls that sucker out again. Till then ill just build rad boards. Got a neat retro theme comin up stay tuned ;)[/list]

Damn Doug, that sucks. Shoulder injuries are shitty.

Go see a physio + get a good recovery training program going.
Good luck on your recovery.

Sorry to hear about the injury. That sucks. Hopefully the rehab works, everything heals ok and you won't need surgery. Well, keep building boards.
